I'm Renata. I'm polish but live in Ireland for 6 years.
This blog will be the place to share my culinary adventure through the WIT course and my strong love for food and cooking. My passion for cooking started at a young age. I grew up in a small village in Poland. We had a farm and every year around mid-summer we would start storing up the food from the garden for winter. We made tomato sauces, jams, pickled veg... well everything. I was fascinated by it all. I didn't lose that feeling to this day. I'm a big fan of Polish food so im going to present a bit of Polish food history and the recipes. I hope you will get a chance to try out some of them and enjoy it.
