On the last day before the Christmas break we went on a trip to Thomastown. We visited the Goatsbridge Trout Farm.
The owner told us exciting story about the history of his family business, when they where established and how they run it now.
We where given the chance to try smoked trout an caviar. I wasn't expecting it to taste as good as it does.
Next we went Knockdrinna cheese farm where we tasted different type of cheeses.
